内镜下治疗上消化道异物48例临床分析

Endoscopic Treatment of 48 Cases with Upper Gastrointestinal Tract Foreign Body

目的：总结上消化道异物在内镜下处理经验。方法：回顾性研究我院2001-2006年上消化道异物48例的处理情况。结果：48例患者中,46例通过上述方法取得满意效果。2例失败后转外科手术治疗,内镜下治疗上消化道异物成功率95.8%。结论：经内镜下治疗上消化道异物是一种有效、安全的方法。

Objective：To summarize the experience of endoscopic treatment of foreign body in upper gastrointestinal tract.Methods：To study 48 cases who suffered from foreign body in upper gastrointestinal tract in our hospital from 2001 to 2006 retrospectively.Results：Of 48 cases,46 cases were successful,other two failed and were treated surgically.The total successful rate was 95.8%.Conclusion：The endoscopic removel of foreign bady of the upper gastrointestinal tract is a safe and effective treatment mothod.
