护理干预对混合痔术后并发症影响临床研究

Effect of Nurse Intervention upon Postoperative Complications of Combined Hemorrhoids

目的:探讨护理干预对混合痔手术治疗后并发症发生与治疗的影响。方法:将90例混合痔患者依数字随机法分为两组,对照组常规行术前及术后护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上进行综合护理干预。结果:术后肛门疼痛的发生率干预组较对照组差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),二便通畅率、对疼痛的承受力两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:对混合痔手术患者进行综合护理干预,可提高患者术后对疼痛的耐受力,提高大、小便通畅率,可以有效地减轻患者痛苦及提高手术疗效。

Objective：To discuss effect of nurse intervention upon postoperative complications of combined hemorrhoid.Methods：86 combined hemorrhoid patients were randomly divided into test group（45） and control group（41）.Control group only use the usual care,but test group received both nurse intervention and usual care.Results：There was obviously difference in reducing the rate of anus pain between the test group and the control group（P〈0.01）,Urine and stool was easily and smoothly.In decreasing the rate of hematochezia,there was also difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The nurse intervention upon the postoperative patients of combined hemorrhoid can strengthen the tolerance of pain,keep urine and stool much more easily and smoothly.So nurse intervention can reduce distress effectively and increase curative effect of operation.
