摘要
今后,WPU依旧是一个热点,将在进一步降低V0C的基础上,开展WPU交联机理研究和新型交联剂的开发,提高WPU室温固化的性能;开展施工工艺研究,降低环境温度和湿度对WPU涂膜外观的影响;解决WPU涂料涂膜的丰满度低、光泽度低的问题,开发高性能涂料,以扩大其应用领域;通过进一步降低WPU成本,解决好WPU技术应用问题。
Indubitably, WPU is still the focus and researchers will further develop WPU crosslinking mechanism and new crosslinker to enhance its cure property at the room temperature, basing on V0C reducing. And to develop construction technology in order to decrease the effect on WPU film appearance from environmental temperature and humidity. Then, to settle low fullness and glossiness problems in WPU film appearance and to exploit high performance coatings, in turn expand relevant applications. What’s more, to curtail costs and to resolve WPU tech- nologies questions.
