摘要
在数字化产品预装配研究中,装配序列规划是核心。采用遗传算法生成和评价装配序列,为提高遗传算法解决装配序列时的效率,采用矩阵编码,并选择和设计了相应的遗传算子。通过对各遗传算子性质的分析,证明了该方法的可行性。并用Microsoft Visual C++6.0开发了装配序列系统并举例验证了此系统。
Assembly sequence planning is the core of digital product pre-assembly. This paper uses genetic algorithm (GA) to generate and evaluate assembly sequence. To increasing the efficiency of generating assembly sequence by using GA, the paper adopts the matrix encode,and selects and designs GA operators. By analysing the character of the operators,the feasibility of the method is proved. The system of assembly sequence planning is developed based on the Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0,and it gives an example to testify the correctness of the system.
