摘要
天线机械结构的力学性能对天线系统的工作特性有着直接显著的影响。首先针对某10m微波天线建立了简化的结构模型;通过对组合结构中不同构件间连接问题的处理,建立了天线结构的有限元分析模型;采用不同风压分布确定风压载荷。在此基础上应用ANSYS软件对其结构进行了多工况下的静力分析,得到了各部分结构应力及变形情况。对分析结果进一步处理,确定了反射面的变形均方根值。结果表明该天线结构达到了指向精度和强度的指标要求。
The mechanical properties of antenna structure have a great effect on its working characteristics. First, a simplified structure model of the 10m microwave antenna is built. Through solving the joint problem of different components, the paper presents a finite element analysis model,using different wind pressure distributions to determine the wind loads,then the static analysis of the structure is made by ANSYS and the results of structure stress and distortion under multiple loading conditions are obtained. It also calculates the reflector deformation RMS by dealing with the result data. Analysis results show that the antenna structure can meet the requirement of pointing accuracy and intensity.
