摘要
以某矿用掘进机行走减速器为研究对象,用UG2.0软件建立该减速器各零部件的三维实体模型,并完成虚拟装配,通过接口文件Parasolid与ADAMS/View互相通信,在ADAMS中进行运动仿真,从而对样机进行验证,为后续的动力学仿真提供必要的支持。
In the paper,based on a mine roadheader's traveling reducer,the 3D models of all the parts in the reducer were established under the UG software. Then the parts were assembled together to form a holonomic virtual machine. The digital model in UG software can communicate with ADAMS/View through the format Parasolid. Based on the kinematic simulation of the reducer in the ADAMS software ,the prototype was tested and verified ,which provided necessary support for the further dynamic analysis.
