板翅式换热器的传热特性研究

Study on Heat Transfer of Plate-fin Heat Exchanger

运用ANSYS软件中的FLOTRAN模块,对板翅式换热器中的锯齿形翅片的湍流流动和传热特性进行了模拟仿真。并对模拟结果进行分析,证明与理论吻合较好,说明运用FLOTRAN来分析板翅式换热器传热特性是简便、直观的方法,并对以后的板翅式换热器设计及优化提供了参考。

This paper utilized the FLOTRAN module of ANSYS software to simulate the character of sawtooth fins＇ turbulence and heat transfer. Then it analyzed the result of simulation,which got a good coincidence with theory. Therefore ,ANSYS software is a convenient tool for analysis of plate-fin heat exchangers. As well,this paper may contribute to the later study of plate-fin heat exchangers.
