摘要
根据齿廓的参数方程,在ANSYS环境下建立模型并进行了齿根弯曲应力分析。详细地对不同圆角半径的过渡曲线应力及不同位置的载荷应力作了比较。用有限元法分析比传统算法更准确,并且为齿轮弯曲强度计算提供了依据。
According to the tooth profile parameter equation,finite element model was established and the tooth bending stress was analyzed under ANSYS environment. This paper compared the transition stress of different round angle and different load location. The results show finite element method is better than the tradition algorithm,it has provided a basis for calculating the bending strength of gear.
