摘要
采用DEFORM 3D有限元分析软件数值模拟TC 4钛合金等温锻造过程。通过软件模拟,了解锻件成形的应力应变及金属流动等情况,为工艺的确定和设备的选取提供理论依据。
By using DEFORM 3D FEA software, the paper simulated TC4 titanium alloy isothermal forging process. Through software simulation, the information of material flow, stress and strain inside workpiece were obtained, which could provide theoretical base for process design and equipment selection.
