摘要
针对太原科技大学开发的0.5T悬臂式电液锤新型液压系统存在供油量无法满足大吨位电液锤流量要求的问题,采用了一个具有高压、大流量、响应快、液阻小的二通插装阀,实现大吨位电液锤液压控制系统的供油量要求,解决了系统中的流量瓶颈问题,实现了用小尺寸的主控手动换向阀控制大吨位电液锤的目的。
Against the problem that the feeding oil can't satisfy the need of iarge-tonnage electro-hydratthc hammer existing in the hydraulic system of the new-style 0. 5^T electro-hydraullc hammer, which is developed by Taiyuan University of Science Technology,a two-way cartridge valve with high pressure,high frequency,low liquid hindrance is used. The improvement of the feeding oil in the hydraulic control system of large-tonnage electro-hydraulic hammer is carried out. The flux bottle-neck problem in the system is solved.
