摘要
采用化学成分分析、宏微观检验、硬度试验等方法,对失效齿轮进行了分析。分析结果表明,该齿轮属过载断齿,同时齿轮表淬热处理工艺操作不当、齿根部未淬硬也是齿轮失效的原因。
In this paper,the failure analysis of the large gear in an excavator is carried out by macroscopic observation,hardness test, chemical composition analysis and microstructure examination. The result shows that the reason for tooth breaking is overload,and the heat treatment misoperation and no hardened tooth root are also causes of the failure.
