摘要
以工业棉子油为原料经简单路线合成了含多个羧基的α-氯代脂肪酸酯浮选捕收剂,用于云南某磷矿的浮选试验;结果表明α-取代基团和多羟基的引入改善了浮选捕收剂的选择性和水溶性,获得了较好的浮选效果.
A new collector for phosphate ore flotation was prepared with plant oil loots as the raw material. Flotation experiments were carried out, and the results show that the efficiency of the compound is obviously better than that of fatty acid. Ideal indices were achieved： grade of P2O5 in concent rate 27.45 %, and the recovery of P2O5 in concent rate 95%.
