吸附法脱除烟气中二氧化硫的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用改性的活性炭、沸石、累托石和粉煤灰作为固体吸附剂,研究了吸附法脱除模拟烟气中低浓度二氧化硫的可行性,比较了几种固体吸附剂的脱硫效果.研究结果认为4种固体吸附剂在吸附模拟烟气中SO2的吸附能力顺序为:活性炭>粉煤灰>累托石>沸石,其中最佳吸附效果的是活性炭,其最大脱硫率可达98.71%,平均脱硫率也可达到66.58%.探索了改性活性炭脱除烟气中低浓度二氧化硫的影响因素,实验表明:空速对活性炭脱硫效果的影响较大.随着空速的增加,停留时间变短,在同样累计通气时刻,脱硫率下降;低温吸附时,随吸附温度升高,吸附量降低;但在高温出现化学反应吸附时,吸附温度高则反应速度快,脱硫效果好;此外,硝酸浸泡时间越长,活性炭吸附脱硫效果越好. This research is on feasibility of removal low concentration sulfur dioxide of flue gas by using active carbon, coal ash, zeolite and rectorite. Results of removal sulfur dioxide of imitate flue gas by modified active carbon, coal ash, zeolite and rectorite were compared in the work. The influence factors for removal sulfur dioxide by modified active carbon were researched. Research results showed that adsorption ability order of 4 kinds of solid adsorbents is. active carbon 〉 coal ash 〉 rectorite 〉zeolite. Best adsorbent is active carbon, its optimum desulfuhization rate can reach 98.71% ; average desulfuhization rate can reach 66.58%. Experimental result indicated that main influence factor is space velocity, desulfuhization rate degradation with increase of space velocity because of staying time shortened. At low temperature, adsorption amount degradation with a rise of adsorption temperature, but at high temperature, adsorption amount increase with a rise of adsorption temperature because chemical reaction occur. In addition, the more soaking time of HNO3, the better adsorption effect of active carbon.
