混沌神经网络在真空断路器结构优化中的研究

摘要 本文将混沌神经网络引入到了真空断路器结构优化设计当中。通过将混沌与人工神经网络有机的结合,形成了混沌神经网络,并利用混沌神经网络和混沌变量独特的动力学特性来求解优化问题。经过仿真表明混沌神经网络能够处理真空断路器优化设计中常遇到的如局部最小值、多优化变量、能量函数复杂等问题。 The chaotic mechanism has been introduced to optimize the electric apparatus in this paper. By combining the chaotic mechanism and artificial neural network (ANN), the chaotic hopfield neural network (CHNN) has been established, and the unique dynamic character of chaotic neural network and chaotic variables had been applied to solve the optimum problem of the demonstrated examples. From the simulation results, it can be found that the proposed CHNN can be employed to solve the optimization problems with local minimum, multivariables and complex energy function.
