继电保护母线电压直流控制回路的问题与对策 被引量:7

摘要 继电保护用的电压至关重要,它直接影响到继电保护的稳定运行。如果电力系统发生故障,相关保护立即启动故障程序检测故障的类型和范围,作出正确的判断。继电保护用的电压如突然失去,某些类型的距离保护就不能按既定的程序检测故障而误动作。其中,母线电压的直流控制回路是最可能出现问题的环节,分析这个环节出现的问题和提出对策显得尤为重要。本文列举两个实例都是220kV变电所母线电压直流控制回路失电后产生的严重后果,在分析原因的基础上提出了相应的对策。 The voltage which is used in relay is crucial and it will directly effect the stable opertation of relay. If something goes wrong with the power system, the interrelated protection system will immediately initiate the fault procedures to detect the type and rage of the fault and makes a correct estimation. If the voltage used in relay is suddenly lost, it will cause mis - protection because some types of distance protections cannot detect fault's according to the established procedures. Moreover, problems most likely happen in the tache of DC control loop which control the bus voltage. As for this, analyzing the problems occurred in this tache and bringing forward the measures become even more important. The two examples listed in this article both talk about the serious consequences aroused by 220kV substation's losing power in DC of bus voltage control loop, and also bring forward a measure on the bases of analyzing the causes.
