摘要
不同地市在客户受电方式技术标准中关于10千伏电压等级的客户在受电变压器容量多大以上应采用高供高计计量方式的规定差异很大。本文通过对黄山地区系统短路电流的测算,针对目前普遍采用架空线路和电缆线路这两种不同线路阻抗下,计算出10千伏侧电流互感器所需的热稳定电流,并结合目前市场上小变比CT定型产品的热稳定电流的数值,推算出10千伏用户变采用高供高计的合理容量。
In the technical standards of clients electricity transformer capacity (kVA) above which adopt massive be adopted for clients of lOkV voltage level distinguishes receiving mode, the regulation that the receiving quantity power supply and measurement should much at different cities. By measuring and reckoning the system short circuit current in Huangshan region, considering the current two kinds of impedances used prevalently: overhead lines and cable lines, this paper calculates the short time withstand current needed by current transformers of lOkV voltage level. With a view to the short time withstand current value of small ratio CT finalized products, the rational capacity of adopting massive quantity power supply and measurement for clients of lOkV voltage level is then calculated.
