摘要
将匚形截面工件对称布置,在截面工件的开口处采用填充支撑材料及侧向夹紧技术,可实现匚形截面工件的空间冲压弯曲,能有效地防止弯扭失稳.通过对大半径弯曲的模具半径计算、回弹分析。
The measures such as arranging of symmetric sectios, filling material at opening and lateral cliping are taken to solve the problem of losing stability for bentfing the shapes with unsymmetric section. A feasible method of theoretical calculation is given to determine parameters of spring back. The method is also used to design bending dies suitable for the forming of workpiece with a large bending radius.
