自由曲面三轴联动NC加工的精度控制方法研究

在自由曲面的ＮＣ加工中，除了刀具轨迹要合理规划外，还有一个更重要的步骤是刀具轨迹的精度控制。本文介绍了自由曲面三轴联动ＮＣ加工时用切线法控制步长。

In the free form surface NC machining,the accuracy control for the toolpath is an important step besides the adequate paln.For the free form surface 3 axis NC machining,a method about the tangetial method controlling stepforward distance and the constant scallop height method controling stepover distance,in order to guarantee the surface machining accuracy,is introduced in this paper.
