摘要
根据需要移植器官的CT、MRI影像信息和生理结构信息,重构器官的几何模型和生理特征,采用快速成形原理通过计算机辅助逐层打印天然细胞和细胞基质得到具有器官的几何特征、生理功能的人工器官,这是生物制造的重要研究方向。本文讨论了细胞打印的生物学基础,并从器官三维建模、细胞打印机开发、连续堆积细胞和生物材料制造三维器官的方法等三个方面探讨了细胞打印研究现状。
To re- construct the geometrical and physiological model of organ based on CT and MRI images. Printing cells and extra cellular matrix (ECM) forming artificial organ with the geometrical characteristics and physiological functions through rapid prototyping layer by layer controlled with computer are important research fields. The study discusses the biological basic of cell sprinting and the status of cells printing in three aspects which are organ 3D modeling, developing of cell printer and methods of cell and biomaterial successive deposition.
