乳腺癌组织中肿瘤转移相关基因1和基质金属蛋白酶的表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

Expression of metastasis-associated gene 1 and MMP-9 in breast carcinoma and its significance

摘要 目的研究乳腺癌组织中肿瘤转移相关基因1(MTA1)蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达及其与临床病理资料之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测56例乳腺癌组织中MTA1、MMP-9蛋白的表达。结果56例乳腺癌组织中39例MTA1蛋白阳性表达(69.6%),41例MMP-9蛋白阳性表达(73.2%),MTA1和MMP-9的高表达与乳腺癌组织学分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移关系密切(均P〈0.05)。结论MTA1和MMP-9蛋白的表达可以作为判断乳腺癌预后及术后综合治疗的生物学指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of metastasis-associated gene 1 (MTA1 ) and MMP-9 gene in breast carcinoma and its relationship with clincopathological data. Methods SP immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of MTA1 and MMP-9 protein among 56 breast cancer samples. Results The positive rates of MTA1 and MMP-9 proteins were 69.6% ( 39/56 ) and 73.2% ( 41/56 ) , respectively. The high expression of MTA1 and MMP-9 proteins was significantly related with degrees of differentiation,clinical phases and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of MTA1 and MMP-9 can be taken as the biological marker of prognosis and postoperative comprehensive treatment of breast carcinoma.
