多层螺旋CT灌注成像评价肺癌病理分级及组织类型的价值 被引量:12

摘要 现代影像技术的飞速发展,为影像诊断工作带来了前所未有的机遇。近年来蓬勃发展的多层螺旋CT灌注成像(CT perfusion imaging,CTPI)为研究肿瘤微循环变化提供了新的途径。我们运用16排多层螺旋CT对49例肺内单发肺癌进行分析,探讨CT灌注成像评价肺癌病理分级及组织类型的价值。
