颅内血管支架植入后亚急性血栓形成：1例临床报告

A case study of subacute in-stent thrombosis after stent implanting in intracerebral artery

目的探讨颅内血管支架植入后亚急性血栓形成的发病机制。方法分析1例典型而严重的椎基底动脉支架植入后亚急性血栓形成的病例报告及相关文献中的临床资料并进行讨论。结果颅内血管支架植入对血管内膜的损伤可能非常严重，由此所继发的亚急性血栓形成治疗困难，预后不佳。结论颅内血管支架植入可导致严重并发症，临床应谨慎开展。

Objective To study the mechanism of subacute in-stent thrombosis after stent implanting in intracerebral artery. Methods One typical and severe case of subacute in-stent thrombosis after stent implanting in vertebrobasilar artery was reported and the clincial data were reviewed. Results The intravascular stem implanting may be of great damage to the intimal endothelium. Therefore, the treatment to the following subacute in-stent thrombosis was difficult and the prognosis was poor. Condusion Stent implanting in intracerebral artery may induce severe complications, so it should be handled with great cautions.
