On the Formation Mechanism of Organizational Knowledge Innovation Strategy Based on Organizational Shared Mental Models

摘要从组织共享心智模型的角度,探寻组织知识创新战略形成的内在价值取向、知识基础以及不同组织共享心智模型背景下,组织知识创新战略形成过程的"轨迹曲线"。最后就如何构建一种科学高效的组织知识创新战略形成机制提出了几点初步性的建议,谨供参考。 This article probes into the value judgment, tacit knowledge elements and ＂formation track＂ of organizational knowledge innovation strategy＇s formation mechanism based on organizational shared mental model. In the end, the authors make some suggestions on how to construct a scientific and effective formation mechanism of orginal knowledge innovation strategy.
