摘要
基于行业结构分析模型,对图书馆行业竞争态势进行详细分析和探讨,提出将细节服务纳入到图书馆整体工作中,构建图书馆细节服务流程体系,为图书馆在行业竞争中创造新的竞争优势。图书馆要通过精细化管理,利用资源优势,创造好的环境赢得用户,图书馆员工要注重细节服务的贯彻与执行,应围绕用户、现代化技术和运作系统等方面进行细节服务创新。
Based on the analytical model of industry structure, and by making the detailed analysis and discussion on the competition situation of library world,the paper puts forward putting the detail service on the whole work of library, constructing the process system of the library service, and creating new competition advantage for library. The library can win the users by meticulous management, making use of the resource advantage and creating good environment. The staff of library should lay stress on the implementation and execution of the detail service, should make the service innovations around users, modernized skills and operating system etc.
