雨篷大跨度悬垂梁及斜拉索施工技术

摘要 北京南站站房东西两侧设有站台无柱雨篷,结构形式为大跨度钢结构轻质屋面,建筑设计成扇贝造型。通过采用悬垂梁和拉索结构等综合技术,有效地抵抗了自然环境及行车带来的负风压荷载,同时拉索和悬垂梁相互约束位移、内力相互制约、采用铰接节点的综合新技术也有效地消除了行车带来的振动荷载,并且该技术的应用也很好地保证了雨篷结构双曲屋面的建筑效果,优化了整体结构的用钢量,填补了国内该项技术应用的空白。 the non-pillar canopies arranged at the east and west sides of the station building are of large-spaned scallop-like steel structure with light roofing. The application of complex technologies of suspension beam and tensile cable structure has resisted effectively the minus wind pressure caused by the natural environment and train's running. Meanwhile, due to the mutual restriction of displacement and stress between the suspension beam and the tensile cable, and the adoption of hinge joint, the vibration caused by train's ranning has been offset. Moreover, the appilcation of this technology has ensured the architectural effect of the hyperbelie canopy roofing, and optimized the steel consumption of the structure, being the first application in China.
