摘要
人造金刚石的冲击韧性(TI)及其热冲击韧性(TTI)的测定是检验金刚石性能的重要方法,但目前我国金刚石冲击检测在各企业没有一个统一的标准。本文利用国内外三种具有代表性的仪器,对多种不同型号、粒度的金刚石样品进行冲击韧性和热冲击韧性检测,并对所得不同的数据进行系统分析,得出了三种仪器的差别、金刚石样品冲击韧性和热冲击韧性与其品级、粒度之间的关系,提出了仪器改进的建议。主要结果:RE.TEK.s.a.s仪器与TI-328A型仪器比较,对同种样品,前者测得的数据较低,两者差值在13.2-15.9之间;RE.TEK.s.a.s与CYCJ-91A型仪器比较,前者测得的数据也较高,两者的差值在4.8-8.4之间;不同仪器测得TI和TTI的差值约为2.7,差别不大。
Measurement of toughness index(TI) and thermal toughness index(TTI)of synthetic diamond is an efficient way to test the performances of diamond.But for the moment,diamond impact toughness has no a unified standard in China diamond industry.In this paper,three kinds of instrument from different manufacturers were used for TI &TTI test on various diamonds of different type and grit size.The test results were systematically analyzed,and the relationship of diamond TI&TTI with their grade and grit size was obtained.From the test results,we saw the difference of the instruments:compared with TI-328A,RE.TEK.S.a.s indicated smaller test data,the difference was 13.2-15.9;while compared with CYCJ-91A,RE.TEK.S.a.s showed bigger test data,the difference was 4.8-8.4.At last,some suggestions are given to improve the instruments.
