摘要
人造金刚石的冲击韧性（TI）及其热冲击韧性（TTI）的测定是检验金刚石性能的重要方法，但目前我国金刚石冲击检测在各企业没有一个统一的标准。本文利用国内外三种具有代表性的仪器，对多种不同型号、粒度的金刚石样品进行冲击韧性和热冲击韧性检测，并对所得不同的数据进行系统分析，得出了三种仪器的差别、金刚石样品冲击韧性和热冲击韧性与其品级、粒度之间的关系，提出了仪器改进的建议。主要结果：RE.TEK.s.a.s仪器与TI-328A型仪器比较，对同种样品，前者测得的数据较低，两者差值在13.2-15.9之间；RE.TEK.s.a.s与CYCJ-91A型仪器比较，前者测得的数据也较高，两者的差值在4.8-8.4之间；不同仪器测得TI和TTI的差值约为2.7，差别不大。
Measurement of toughness index（TI） and thermal toughness index（TTI）of synthetic diamond is an efficient way to test the performances of diamond.But for the moment,diamond impact toughness has no a unified standard in China diamond industry.In this paper,three kinds of instrument from different manufacturers were used for TI ＆TTI test on various diamonds of different type and grit size.The test results were systematically analyzed,and the relationship of diamond TI＆TTI with their grade and grit size was obtained.From the test results,we saw the difference of the instruments：compared with TI-328A,RE.TEK.S.a.s indicated smaller test data,the difference was 13.2-15.9;while compared with CYCJ-91A,RE.TEK.S.a.s showed bigger test data,the difference was 4.8-8.4.At last,some suggestions are given to improve the instruments.
