摘要
采用国产铰链式六面顶压机从HBN原材料、触媒体系及合成工艺等方面对高品级粗颗粒(30/40-50/60)CBN晶体合成技术进行了研究。对HBN原材料进行了高真空度下高温处理,使BN含量达到了99%。对CBN晶体的合成工艺及参数进行了优化设计。生长时间设为1200 s^1500 s。试验结果表明合成CBN单次产量稳定达到85克拉,30/40-50/60比例达69.20%。光学显微镜观察及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析表明,大多数CBN晶体生长发育比较完整,30/40-50/60粒度平均单颗粒静压强度均超过80 N。目前该项技术已成功投入工业生产。
Based on the studies of HBN raw materials as well as the catalyst system and the synthesis technique,high grade coarse grit(30/60) cubic boron nitride(CBN) crystals were synthesized on the cubic press.HBN raw materials were pretreated in high vacuum at high temperature(〉1600 ℃),thus assuring their large grit size and high BN content(〉99%).The synthesizing technique parameters were optimized in terms of pressure,temperature,time as well as the catalyst.The growth time was set to 1200 s-1500 s.The yield of CBN attained 85 carats,of which the proportion of 30/40-50/60 was 69.20%.The morphology of CBN crystal was investigated by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope(SEM).It was showed that most of the CBN crystals were of perfect morphology and their average single static strength is over 80 N.The technology of this study has been successfully put into industrial production.
