摘要
本试验采用正交试验方法,研究了硫酸镍、氯化铵、温度、电流密度和pH值五种因素对电镀铵盐镍基金刚石钻头的影响,试验结果表明最明显的影响因素是硫酸镍与氯化铵。氯化铵水解引起的络合作用,改变了阴极极化度,细化镀层晶粒,提高胎体的硬度和脆性,从而提高了金刚石的出刃效果。通过对铵盐镍基镀层的研究,得到一种能较有效地钻进硬而致密岩石的铵盐镍基电镀金刚石钻头。该钻头在福建古田某工地钻进中,获得平均时效1.69 m/h,钻头寿命平均32.70 m的钻进效果。
In this paper,effects of five factors such as nickel sulfate,ammonium chloride,temperature,current density and pH value upon the electroplated diamond bit in ammonium and nickel bath were studied by orthogonal test.The test results showed that the prominent factors are nickel sulfate and ammonium chloride;The complexation,which was caused by ammonia hydrolyzing,changed the polarizability of the cathode,made the crystals of electroplated layer finer,improved the hardness and brittleness of the matrix of the drill,thus improving the diamond exposure of the drill.The new electroplated diamond bit is adapted to drill hard and compact rock formation.When a hard and compact formation was drilled with the new pattern bit at building site in Gutian,Fujian province,the drilling results were 1.69 m/h for average drilling speed and 32.70 m average for drilling life.
