人脐血和胎盘中肝细胞生长因子和纤维连接蛋白的测定

The detection of human HGF and Fn in the placenta and cord blood.

摘要 目的:检测人脐血、胎盘组织和胎盘基质细胞培养上清液中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和纤维连接蛋白(Fn)的含量。方法:选择健康足月新生儿,分娩时留取脐血和胎盘组织,用ELISA法检测其中Fn和HGF的浓度,并比较分析。结果:HGF含量在脐血、胎盘组织提取液和胎盘基质细胞培养上清液中分别为1.23±0.24ng/ml、113.73±11.99ng/ml、2.23±0.31ng/ml。Fn含量分别为1105±44ng/ml、1537±319ng/ml、1027±171ng/ml。结论:与脐血相比,胎盘是提取HGF和Fn的优质材料,将其浓缩或纯化后具有很大的科研和应用价值。 Objective:To detect the concentration of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) and fibronectin(Fn) in human placenta,cord blood and supematant of placental stroma cells. Method : Human cord blood and placenta tissue were collected from normal newborn. The concentration of HGF and Fn were detected by ELISA. Result:The concentration of HGF in cord blood, placenta extraction and supematant of placental stroma cells were 1.23 ± 0.24 ng/ml, 113.73 ± 11.99ng/ml,2.23 ± 0.31ng/ml,while the concentration of Fn were 1105 ± 44ng/ml, 1537 ± 319ng/ml, 1027 ± 171ng/ml ,respectively. Conclusion: Compared to cord blood, placenta is good material for extract HGF and Fn with high value of research and application after purification.
