摘要 基于钢制内压容器静强度在最苛刻压力试验条件下的可靠度分析,建立了统一确定钢制压力容器试验压力的模糊可靠性理论。在不同失效准则下,从控制钢制压力容器静强度在压力试验和正常操作时可靠度范围的角度,对钢制压力容器静强度的可靠度、试验压力大小与安全系数的关系进行定量探索,讨论了试验压力超压系数的限制条件。结果表明,对试验压力的分析结论与有关标准的取值基本一致。 Based on the reliability analysis of steel pressure vessels under the harshest condition, the fuzzy reliability theory of determining the testing pressure of steel pressure vessels is established. Under different failure rules, from the angle of controlling the reliability range of the static strength of steel pressure vessels at pressure test and normal operation, the relationship of reliability of static strength of steel pressure vessels, the testing pressure and safety coefficient is explored quantitatively, and the confining condition of ultra-pressure coefficient of testing pressure is also discussed. The results show that the analysis conclusion of testing pressure is basically identical with the related value of criteria.
