Development of XJ1200 mountain workover rig

鉴于常规车装修井机和常规模块修井机均不适应山区、丘陵、沼泽等地区,以及道路条件差和井场作业面积小的情况,研制了XJ1200型山地修井机。该修井机主要由车载主机、井架、底座、钻井液净化系统、钻井泵房、发电机组和油罐区等组成,它采用车加模块的方式和直立套装井架,载车质量大为减轻,最小转弯半径仅为12m,爬坡度有很大程度的提高,井架稳定性好,不需要任何绷绳。该修井机既能修井,还能进行二期侧钻作业。总体性能符合相关技术标准和规范。

Since the regular truck-mounted workover rig and module-type workover rig are not suitable for working in the mountainous regions, hills, swamps and poor road condition as well as the limited well site, a new kind of XJ1200 mountain workover rig is developed. It mainly consists of truck-mounted body, mast, substructure, cleaning system of drilling fluid, drilling pump room, electric engine and tanks. It uses truck and module and bootstrap mast with loading mass greatly reduced and minimum turning radius of 12 m. The slope-climbing ability is greatly improved, the derrick stability is good and there is no need to use any guyline. The new workover rig can not only carry out the workover operation, but also the sidetracking operation. Its overall performance is in accordance with the related technical standards and norms.
