摘要
阐述了Drum-Buffer-Rope理论的主要思想及应用效果。研究分析了DBR理论在作业计划制订、生产控制以及生产绩效三个方面的研究进展,对于其中的瓶颈资源确定方法、缓冲长度、批量大小以及缓冲管理进行了详细分析,在此基础上指出了未来的研究方向。
The main ideas and application effects of Drum-Buffer-Rope （DBR） were expounded. Three aspects of DBR, such as production planning, production control and performance measures, were studied. The approaches for determining bottlenecks, time buffer and batch size were analyzed. At the same time, buffer management was discussed. Finally, based on this pa per, the future work was pointed out.
