Approaches for Distribution Center Location Based on Rough Set and Multi-objective Programming

摘要 物流配送中心选址是一个定性与定量相结合的问题。首先利用粗糙集方法获得指标的权重,集结指标值后得到备选配送中心的综合评价值。以最小化建设成本和最大化建站的综合评价值为目标,建立一个双目标规划模型。根据决策者是否知道目标函数的偏好,提出了加权法和折衷规划法两种求解方法,从而可以确定配送中心的分布、规模、数量以及每个配送中心的配送策略。实例分析证明了方法的可行性。 The quantitative and qualitative factors are important in distribution center location problems. First, the attribute weights can be obtained by rough set approach. Aggregating the attribute values, the overall score of every candidate distribution center are attained. A hi-objective mathematic model for the location of distribution center is then formulated. One objective is to minimize the construction and operating cost of distribution centers, another objective is to maximize the total scores of the distribution centers needed to build. According to whether the decision makers' preferences are known, two approaches are proposed. Solving the model, the location, number and level of distribution centers and the schema of allocation the customer zones to distribution centers can be determined. Finally, example shows the approaches are practical.
