EB病毒与乳腺癌相关性的研究进展
摘要
肿瘤病因学纷繁复杂，人们试图从病毒方面来阐明肿瘤的发生机制，包括探索EB病毒（EBV）与各种肿瘤的关系。目前认为EBV与多种淋巴瘤（例如Burkitt淋巴瘤、Hodgkin淋巴瘤和移植后淋巴组织增生性疾病等）以及一些上皮源性恶性肿瘤（例如鼻咽癌、胃腺癌等）的发生相关。近年来这方面的报道日益增多，也包括乳腺癌。如果乳腺癌被确认为EBV相关肿瘤，即便是部分类型，对于乳腺癌的预防、早期发现乃至治疗都有重要意义。但是在EBV是乳腺癌的致癌因子、辅助致癌因子，或只是致癌过程中的“过客”问题上存在极大争议。本文就EBV的生物学特性、支持和质疑EBV与乳腺癌相关性的研究及其存在的困惑做一综述。
