两种治疗尖锐湿疣方法的临床观察

Clinical observation of the two treating of condyloma acuminatum

目的探讨两种治疗下生殖道尖锐湿疣方法的临床治疗效果。方法将尖锐湿疣患者67例随机分成两组,A组疣基底部注射干扰素和电灼术治疗,B组疣基底部注射干扰素和0.5%鬼臼毒素酊外用涂抹疣体。结果随访6个月,A组35例,复发12例,复发率34.29%。B组32例,复发率40.63%。两组对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论电灼术治疗和鬼臼毒素酊外用涂抹治疗尖锐湿疣疗效相同。

Objective To observe the treatment effectiveness of lower reproductive tract condyloma acuminatum （CA）by the two treating. Methods 67 cases of CA were divided into two groups randomly. The patients in group A were treated by the basic of condyloma acuminatum was injected interferon and the high electric lancet, and those in group B were treated by the basic of condyloma acuminatum was injected interferon and the body of condyloma acuminatum was daubed 0.5% podophylotoxin tincture. Results The follow up of 6 months after the patients were all cured had revealed the clinical recurrent rates of group A and group B, 34.29% of group A （12/35） and 40.63% of group B （ 13/32）, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉0. 05） . Conclusion The treatment effectiveness of lower reproductive tract condyloma acuminatum （CA） by the two treating is same.
