摘要
目的了解我院粪肠球菌检出情况及其对常用抗菌药物的耐药谱动态变化，为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供浓据，方法应用回顾性调查方法，对本院从2003年1月－2007年12月间临床样本分离的粪肠球菌的药敏试验进行对比统计分析。结果所分离出的粪肠球菌451株，占肠球菌的53．9％，粪肠球菌对常用抗菌药物呈高度耐药及多重耐药，万古霉素耐药率非常低（0－2．6％），而替考拉宁则保持100％的敏感性。结论我院粪肠球菌检出率维持在较高水平，万古霉素和替考拉宁可作为经验性治疗粪肠球菌引起的重症感染的首选。
Objective To investigate the drug resistance spectrum of enteroeoceus faeealis isolated for clinical therapy.Methods Through retrospective examination, to parallel statistically analyze the antimicrobial susceptibility of enterococcus faecalis isolated during January 2003 to December 2007. Results The isolated enterococcus faecalis are 451, about 53.9 percent of enterococcus. Enterococcus faecalis are highly and multiple drug resistance to antibacterial in common use. The ratio of drug resistance of vancomycin is low （0 - 2. 6% ） . The ratio of sensitivity of teicoplanin is 100 percent. Conclusion The ratio of isolated enterococcus faecalis is high in our hospital. Vancomyci and teicoplanin can be the first choice to cure the severe infection caused by enteroeoccus faecalis.
