免疫比浊法和快速ELISA法定量检测D-二聚体的相关性探讨

Study on correlation of two kinds of quantitative D-dimer method,liatest D-dimer assay and vidas D-dimer assay

目的探讨免疫比浊法（LIATEST D-D）和快速ELISA法（VIDAS D-D）两种D-二聚体定量方法的相关性。方法分别用LIATEST D-D和VIDAS D-D两种方法对108份健康体检及住院患者标本进行D-二聚体定量检测。对检测的结果作统计学分析。结果当D-二聚体检测值在500-1000万g／ml之间时r2=0.9947，两种方法之间有良好的相关性。当D-二聚体检测值〈500ng／ml和〉1000ng／ml时，相关系数分别为r1=0.9697和r3=0.9538，两种方法之间的相关性不理想。结论两种方法各有优势，实验室可以根据实际情况采取不同的方法检测。

Objective To correlate and compare the two quantitative analytical methods, Stago Liatest D-dimer-assay （L1A） and Biomerieux Vidas D-dimer assay （VIDAS） . Methods To detect the quantitative D-dimer of 108 peoples which in medical examination or in hospital by two assays, Stago Liatest D-dimer assay （LIA） and Biomerieux Vidas D-dimer assay （VIDAS） . Results The correlation of two methods is good when D-dimer is between 500-1000 ng/ml, the correlative coeffi- cient ： r2 = 0.9947. But The correlation of two methods is not ideal when D-dimer is 〈 500 ng/ml and 〉 1000 ng/ml, the correla- tive coefficient r1=0.9697 and r3 =0.9538. Conclusion The two assays have their own advantage in D-dimer detection. The laboratory should select the fit one according to their demands.
