摘要
以新鲜的青绿饲料作物、牧草等为原料,通过厌氧微生物的发酵制成的青贮饲料,能达到长期保存原料营养特性的目的,在反刍动物的饲养中得到了广泛的应用。在青贮饲料中添加纤维素酶制剂能有效的提高其营养价值,已成为当前动物营养学研究中的一个热点。随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,构建产纤维素酶的基因工程菌引起了人们更多的关注,这样不仅能提高青贮饲料的营养价值,有效地消除抗营养因子,而且具有很高的实用性和经济性。就青贮饲料的特点、纤维素酶的组成和纤维素酶在青贮饲料中的作用,及纤维素酶基因的克隆研究作一综述。
The silage is a kind of animal feedstuff which consists of forage grass, through fermention of anaerobic microbe, its nutrition can be reserved for a long time. Therefore, the silage is quite popular among ruminant breeding industry. The addition of cellulase in silage,has great importance in animal nutriology, and can improve its nutrition effectively. With the development of molecular biological technology, construction of engineering bacteria with cellulase gene is amused by more and more attention. It not only enhance the nutrition of silage and eliminate anti - nutritional factors effectively, but also has a high degree of practicality and economy. In this paper, the characteristics of silage, and the composition of ceUulase, the role of cellulase in the silage and the current process of ceUulase gene cloning were introduced.
