化疗同步应用丙氨瑞林对化疗所致卵巢功能损伤的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的研究注射环磷酰胺(CTX)大鼠同时应用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHa)对注射CTX大鼠的卵巢功能的影响。方法40只大鼠分为4组:正常对照组(10只),GnRHa组(10只),CTX组(10只),CTX+GnRHa组(10只)分别接受生理盐水、CTX、GnRHa和CTX+GnRHa注射。采用放射免疫分析法测定各组大鼠血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)和雌二醇(E2)浓度的变化。在停药时及停药后两周,每组各处死5只大鼠。观察卵巢重量、卵泡数量及卵泡直径的变化。结果停药后两周,联合治疗组大鼠的血清雌二醇和FSH浓度分别为(43.39±4.40)pg/ml与(3.48±0.16)mIU/ml;与正常对照组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);而CTX组大鼠血清雌二醇和FSH浓度分别为(26.97±5.58)pg/ml与(3.92±0.35)mIU/ml,与其余3组分别比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。在停药时和停药后两周处死大鼠的卵巢中,CTX组卵泡总数最少,各组间比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论注射CTX同时应用GnRHa能够减少CTX对大鼠的卵巢功能的损伤。
