下呼吸道呼吸道合胞病毒感染患儿气道炎症的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究下呼吸道呼吸道合胞病毒感染患儿的气道炎症情况。方法根据特应性疾病家族史分为无家族史组31例,有家族史组36例。所有患儿均进行痰液分析?肺功能检查及外周血嗜酸细胞计数与血清IgE测定。结果有无特应性疾病家族史的患儿在痰液细胞学检查中,淋巴细胞的比例、中性粒细胞比例和嗜酸细胞比例两组比较均差异无显著性(P>0.05),外周血嗜酸细胞计数与血清IgE水平上差异无显著性(P>0.05)。肺功能在代表气道反应性的指标扩张实验改善率方面存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论有特应性疾病家族史的患儿,下呼吸道在呼吸道合胞病毒感染后出现了气道高反应。
