七氟烷与地氟烷对血液动力学和儿茶酚胺影响的比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的比较七氟烷和地氟烷对血液动力学和儿茶酚胺的影响。方法择期行胸及上腹部手术患者40例(ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级),随机分为七氟烷(20例)、地氟烷(20例)两组。不用术前药。气管插管后观察不同MAC时七氟烷和地氟烷对MAP、HR和血中儿茶酚胺浓度的影响。结果地氟烷组达1.5MAC后2-4min血压增高和心率增快,且儿茶酚胺增高。结论快速增加地氟烷浓度至1.5MAC可出现交感兴奋作用;而七氟烷对心血管系统影响较小,可能是维持患者的冠状动脉血流量稳定的有利因素。
