摘要
为开发用于硬件在环仿真系统中的柴油机模型,基于容积法建立1135非增压柴油机工作过程数学模型,分析了进排气倒流对柴油机性能的影响并对仿真模型进行了简化处理。仿真结果与实测结果的对比表明,建立的仿真模型具有很高的精度,该模型能较好地预测柴油机的动力性和经济性。研究结果表明,利用MATLAB/Simulink进行柴油机工作过程建模仿真是一种有效的研究和设计手段,有利于缩短开发周期和降低产品研制费用。
In order to develop the model of diesel engine in Hardware-In-the-Loop System, mathematics model of working process of 1135 non-turbocharged diesel engine through filling and emptying method is founded, and the simulation model is simplified through analyzing the influence of the intake and exhaust valve refluence to the diesel engine. The simulation results indicate that the simulation model has high precision compared with the experiment results and can predict the dynamic and economic performance of diesel engine effectively. The conclusion is that the simulation model of working process of diesel engine used MATLAB/Simulink is an effective research method which can reduce the development cycle and cut the research cost.
