变频工况下煤矿主通风机温度监测失真的研究 被引量:4

摘要 矿井主通风机变频调速的节能效果显著,但主通风机在线监测系统的温度信号受变频影响严重失真。对这种失真现象进行了深入研究,提出几种可消除谐波污染对温度信号干扰的方案,并分析了各自的原理及优缺点,在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。 The frequency-conversion and speed regulation of mine main fans has marked energy-saving effect,but the temperature signals of the on-line motoring system of the main fans are seriously distorted by the influence of the frequency conversion.This paper conducted a deep study on this distortion phenomena and put forward some measures to eliminate the interference of the harmonic pollution on temperature signals,analyzed the principle,advantages and disadvantages of these measures.Better results were obtained in practical application.
