摘要
矿床技术经济评价在地质勘查工作中占有重要地位。目前编写地质勘查报告都必须包括技术经济评价章节。但我国矿床技术经济评价的理论和方法还存在一些问题,某些评价方法和基本概念还不够统一。通过对投资回收期、净现值、总现值、销售成本、经营成本等参数的研究认为,矿床技术经济评价要进一步规范化。
The chalcopyrite associated with the andesite of the Mesozoic continental strata in Lujiang region,Anhui,belongs to a primary mineral of the volcanogene hydrothermal copper deposit.It coexists in the ore rock mainly with pyrite and rarely with bornite,hematite and limonite.Phase analysis shows the mineral is too fine to be separated individually without being comminuted but it is suitable for treatment by discarding the tailings after roughly grinded due to its uneven distribution and loose contact with other minerals.According to physical analysis,the chalcopyrite,bornite and pyrite would be oxidized to decompose at 400 530℃,450 600 ℃ and 500 680℃,respectively.Experiment with dressing the ores indicates that most of the coarse iron minerals can be recovered through grinding and then magnetic separating,coarse concentrates of copper and sulfur through grinding and then discarding the tailings, and copper sulfate of industrial class through processing the concentrates with acidization,baking,acid leaching,filtering,purification,inspissation and crystallization.The leach slurry is used as materials for smelting iron and for recovering jarosite(to procuct Fe 2O 3 pigment),even gold and silver.
