经尺骨鹰嘴截骨治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折38例分析

Treatment intercondylar tracture of humerus through approach of osteotomy of ulnar olecranon report in 38 cases

目的探讨经尺骨鹰嘴截骨治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折38例，对手术入路、术后肘关节功能及并发症等进行分析。结果术后随访6～24个月，平均15个月。按Cassebaum法对肘关节功能进行评定，优良率87％。结论经尺骨鹰嘴截骨是治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折较好的入路，具有利于骨折固定、术后肘关节功能恢复、并发症低等优点。

Objective To explore the surgical treatment and its results of intercondylar fracture of humerus through approach of osteotomy of ulnar olecranon. Methods 38 cases of intercondylar fracture of humerus were treated with internal fixation through approach of osteotomy of ulnar olecranon,operative approach and elbow function complications were analysed. Results The duration of follow up was 6-24months ,average 15 months . The curative effects were evaluated with Cassebaum and rating system. The excellent rate was 87%. Conclusion A good operative approach for treate intercondylar fracture of humerus through approach of osteotomy of ulnar olecranon, it beneficial to internal fixation,and it facilitates rehabilitation exercises of elbow function , the postoperative complication is low.
