1例艾滋病合并Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭患者的护理

Nursing one AIDS case with Type Ⅰ Respiratory Failure

[目的]探讨艾滋病患者的隔离措施及医护人员职业暴露的防护方法。[方法]对患者采取有效的消毒隔离,及时对呼吸衰竭患者采用机械通气。[结果]护理本例艾滋病合并I型呼吸衰竭的患者60天中,无医护人员受到病毒感染。[结论]通过精心护理,改善和提高了患者的生活和生命质量,同时预防了艾滋病的院内传播。

Objective To explore the approaches of prevention of HIV exposure. Method To conduct effective antisepsis ＆ isolation, and mechanical ventilation. Result： During 60 days to nurse the patient, no HCWs were transmitted. Conclusion Through the careful nursing, the life quality living quality of patient was promoted and the HIV transmission in hospital was prevented.
