摘要
从磁感应原理出发,研制了适用于监测煤矿机械设备循环润滑油中磨屑量连续读数的在线铁谱仪,改进了传统电感传感器,利用LC并联谐振回路的阻抗特性设计了检测电路,并研制了一磁性采样系统来收集磨屑以提高测试灵敏度,最后,用实验的方法评判了在线铁谱仪的线性、重复性、沉积率等性能指标.
Based on the principle of magnetic inductance, an on line ferromagnetic monitor is developed which is suitable to measure the amount of ferrous debris in oil lubricate system of mining equipment. A new sensor of high sensitivity and a detection circuit utilizing the resistance characteristic of LC resonance oscillation have been designed. A magnetic sample system has been invented to accumulate the debris in order to increase the measuring precision. The linearity, deposit rate and repeatability of the monitor have been evaluated through experiments.
