深圳市农村管理体制城市化改革研究

URBANIZATION OF VILLAGE ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEM IN SHENZHEN

深圳市在农村生产、生活方式基本实现城市化后,率先推行农村管理体制的城市化改革,成为我国首个没有农村建制的城市。文章从深圳市农村管理体制城市化改革的进程入手,介绍其改革的主要内容和实施情况,并对改革的性质、模式和特征等进行评述,试图对我国的城市化理论在制度变迁的角度上作出尝试性的研究。

After getting a great progress in the urbanization of industry and living pattern in the countryside, Shenzhen takes the lead in transforming the rural administrative system into urban administrative system and becomes the first municipality without villages in China. Firstly, this paper looks back the administrative urbanization process in Shenzhen, Then, it introduces the contents and imple- mentation of the reform. At last, it summarizes the character and pattern of the reform in an attempt to explore the urbanization theory from the perspective of institutional change.
