摘要
一直以来,丰田的"精益生产"理念一直为业界所推崇,但很多企业学习精益生产时并没有深刻地贯彻精益生产的原则和精髓。文章通过介绍TMMWV制定的简单的可视化管理制度来说明如何提高工作效率,并且通过列举一些实例来具体阐述了丰田的精益生产理念。最后对企业面临的机遇与挑战做了一些说明,为同行业提供了值得借鉴的方法。
For a long time, TOYOTA＇s concept of lean production has been respected by others serving in the industries. However, many corporations haven＇t implemented the principles and essences of lean production profoundly when they study from TOYOTA, This paper introduces how to boost working efficiency by introducing the visual management system established by TMMWV, At the same time, this paper illustrates some examples to expounds TOYOTA＇s lean production, At last, some opportunities and challenges of TOYOTA are also put forward here, which are worth craft brothers learning.
