摘要
文章简要介绍了气动噪声的数值模拟在新车设计初期的造型阶段的实际意义。针对目前设计情况选择湍流模型,用商业软件ICEMCFD对公司一款车型进行网格划分,然后根据实际情况在CFX软件中设置边界条件,最后在2种车速下对其进行气动噪声的计算和后处理,这样可以直观的看出车身表面声压较大的地方,车速和声压的峰值都相应的得到了提高。
This paper introduces numerical simulation of pneumatic noise on the new car during the styling phase which having actual significance. Turbulence model is selected according to our company's instance, meshing one kind of our company car. Next, according to the actual situation, the boundary condition is set by CFX. At last, computing and postprocessing the pneumatic noise have been carried out under two different speeds. In this way, we can intuitively observe the higher sound pressure on the body's surface, The speed is increased, the peak value of speed and sound pressure are all increased respectively.
